THE PEPSICO WAY DAY

Challenge : Create an exciting event that rings in PepsiCo’s new CEO’s vision for the company and educates associates about the 7 behaviors PepsiCo’s culture is to embrace.

Solution : Transform PepsiCo’s corporate headquarters into a “modern carnival” - craft a color coded system that elevates existing corporate iconography. Organize a 1,500 person event that highlights 7 stations, each station educating attendees about a particular behavior. Energize PepsiCo employees with games, prizes, food, and fun. Create a system to be extended throughout the space and adapted for future use in wide variety of mediums - breathing life into the corporate culture.

This branding system has gone on to be PepsiCo’s internal branding that can be found everywhere from the design of the headquarters to countless corporate communications.
